We rely on municipal donations, grants and subscriptions to support the organization due to the economic downturn and decreasing insurance reimbursments.

Upper Bucks Regional EMS maintains two ambulance stations; one located in Springfield Township and the other located in Nockamixon Township. The strategic placement of these two stations ensures a timely response to our residents' in the event of a medical emergency. With a coverage area of approximately 192 square miles, it is imperative that we maintain two stations staffed with paramedics; 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year!
